This is a strategic and hands‐on role partnering with country leadership to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations excellence.Work model: Hybrid (2 days in office)Contract: 6 monthsIn this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Country Leader and Leadership Team, providing expert HR guidance across organizational design, employee relations, labor law, and change management. You will work closely with global HR partners, COEs, and shared services teams to deliver compliant, high‐impact HR solutions.Partner with country leadership on people strategy and organizational designEnsure full compliance with Italian labor legislation and HR policiesLead and manage employee relations and works council/collective mattersManage and support union relationships and local union agendaImplement HR and business‐driven changes with procedural accuracy and complianceProactively assess HR and employment risks and drive mitigation plansDeliver in‐country HR plans to support organizational effectivenessSupport BAU HRBP activities aligned with the HR responsibility matrixPromote strong alignment with company Code of Conduct and cultureWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field7+ years' experience in HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles in a global organizationStrong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR policiesProven experience working with unions and collective negotiationsFluency in Italian and EnglishStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience driving change management initiativesAbility to operate both strategically and tacticallyHigh resilience, adaptability, and relationship‐building capabilityResults‐oriented with a strong customer focus
