Mission Own the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile, from field capture to office-side validation and reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead UX strategy, research, interaction, and visual design across the product Own the design system and ensure consistency across web and mobile Run user research with field users (site teams) and office users PMs,controllers) Translate complex construction workflows into clear, usable interfaces Partner with Product and R&D on roadmap and trade-offs Must-have 5+ years in product design / UX, including some lead or managementexperience Strong portfolio covering complex B2 B or data-heavy products, preferably instartups Hands-on with modern design tooling Figma; familiarity with Figma Make / AIassisted UX is a plus) Comfortable doing market research, customer discovery and visual design,not just one of them Nice-to-have AEC, construction, fintech, or enterprise Saa S background.
