Responsibilities
Hands-On Global Sourcing Responsibilities Lead sourcing programmes Team Leadership & Development Stakeholder Demand Management & Prioritization Performance Management & Reporting Processes and tools development Qualifications 10+ years' experience in sourcing or strategic procurement , team leadership , international experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or similar Fluent English , other languages will be considered as a plus Category management methodologies, supplier and contract management Player-coach leadership style with strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and negotiation skills Work Environment Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines Excellent employment conditions Attractive working place (central, good transport links) Modern infrastructure Compensation Basic wage component (gross): 70000 euros per year This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
