It's a place to refine your craft in a creative environment and to shape your own path with autonomy and care.Acqua di Parma, where timeless craft meets vibrant spirit.MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIESAs part of the PR, Digital and Content Teams in the Communication Department, the Communication Support will contribute to campaign execution, and help ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels. The key responsibilities are:Support the PR team in managing product seeding activities for each launch throughout the year.Support with the preparation of PR materials and press assets (brand platforms, press releases, press kits, etc.).Contribute to monitoring, tracking, and reporting influencer performance and PR coverage globally.Support in organizing influencer events or brand activations.Support the creation and scheduling of content for organic social media plans on Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.Assist in developing and scheduling content for Linked In posting plans (commercial and HR/corporate activities).Support the planning and organization of weekly e-commerce website updates.Assist with competitor research and analysis.Support the creation of texts for new product launches.Assist in creating various marketing materials such as seeding cards, POS materials, invitations, and menus, collaborating on image selection and text.Prepare materials for photoshoots and video productions. PROFILEGraduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Strong interest in PR, influencer marketing, digital content, and social media, particularly within the luxury or beauty industries.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In) and influencer analytics platforms (such as Lefty).Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to new tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English; French is a plus.
