Responsibilities 90 days oldDetermine payment of checks at period end based on Corporate Cash Flow needsComplete Internal Control testing for the Sarbanes Oxley Expenditure Cycle Audit in accordance with Corporate guidelinesResponsible for other AP functions as deemed necessaryPrepare monthly account reconciliations including bank reconciliations as neededBackup for Accounts Receivable Billing ClerkBackup for switchboard operatorSort and distribute incoming mailDeliver outgoing mail to Post OfficePerform other duties, assignments, and special projects that may be requiredExperience And Skills Required2+ years Accounts Payable experience requiredComputer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and JD EdwardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well with all levels of the organizationExcellent organizational skillsMust be able to manage multiple tasks at one timeAbility to resolve problems effectively
