Within the PLM & Design Configuration Tools Management Unit, we are looking for a PLM & Design Configuration Specialist for our Pomigliano d'Arco (NA) site.
Main activities:
- Definition and implementation, in collaboration with the Engineering Units, of the requirements for the Configuration Management Model for the entire lifecycle of the aeronautical product, ensuring configuration governance, change traceability, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Contribution to the definition of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) methodologies and processes to support design activities, providing functional and operational support during program implementation phases.
- Management and administration of information systems supporting the As-Designed Configuration Management process, ensuring their efficiency, data integrity, and alignment with engineering processes.
- Support for the enablement of the Digital Thread, contributing to the integration and continuity of the digital data flow throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring a secure, traceable, and consistent environment among different systems and stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics).
Experience Level
- Junior / Expert.
Technical skills
Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management, with particular reference to:
- Knowledge of the Siemens Teamcenter platform.
- Knowledge of CATIA V5 and/or Siemens NX CAD systems.
- Knowledge of As-Designed Configuration Management processes.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) methodologies and processes.
- Experience in developing tools and applications using dedicated environments, languages, and frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, such as Polarion, is a plus.

- Autonomy in managing tasks of responsibility.
- Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary functions.
- Strong relational skills and ability to interface with technical and business stakeholders.

Language skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to understand technical documentation, draft documents, and interact effectively in international contexts.
