We are looking for a Senior Cost Controller to join our Finance Team. Application must be submitted in English
As Senior Cost Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance and cost governance of Redion EB. You will closely collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate cost monitoring, reporting and planning processes, including (but not limited to):
- Monitor and analyse operating expenses, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare periodic cost reports, management dashboards and variance analyses versus budget and forecast;
- Support annual budgeting & forecasting exercises;
- Partner with business functions to challenge expenditures and promote cost awareness across the organization;
- Perform cost allocation analyses and contribute to the continuous enhancement of cost management methodologies;
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to expenses, accruals and provisions;
- Contribute to financial planning, management reporting and performance monitoring activities;
- Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives;
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and presentations for management and decision-making purposes.

What we are looking for
- strong analytical mindset combined with ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable business insights;
- proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively at different organizational levels;
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage both finance and non-finance audiences;
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling techniques;
- strong businessacumen and understanding of financial performance drivers;
- experience withERP systems and reporting/visualisation tools (e.G. SAP, Power BI, Oracle or similar solutions) is considered an advantage;
- knowledge of the software CCH Tagetik is highly considered;
- high level of autonomy, accountability and attention to detail;
- fluent in English and any other language would be considered an asset.
Ideal background would be
- 7 years of experience in Cost Controlling or related finance functions;
- previous experience within the insurance, reinsurance or broader financial services;
- proven track record of supporting senior management through financial analysis, forecasting and performance management activities;
- university degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline;
- exposure to strategic initiatives, transformation programmes or finance
