You will oversee all sales, marketing, and communications initiatives while building strong partnerships, enhancing guest acquisition, and ensuring the resort remains a leading destination for leisure, corporate, and event clients.Developing and executing the annual Sales & Marketing strategy in alignment with resort goalsLeading, mentoring, and inspiring the Sales, Marketing, Events, and Reservations teamsManaging key market segments including leisure, corporate, MICE, and luxury travel partnersGrowing business across domestic and international markets through effective sales activitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and luxury consortiaOverseeing digital marketing, brand communications, and PR initiatives to ensure strong visibility and consistent positioningMonitoring revenue performance, forecasting, and market trends to identify opportunitiesCoordinating with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall profitabilityEnsuring high-quality standards in all promotional materials, campaigns, and online presenceRepresenting the resort at industry events, trade shows, and sales missionsCollaborating closely with Operations to ensure guest experience aligns with brand messagingPreparing detailed reports, analysis, and presentations for senior leadershipActing as a brand ambassador and steward of the resort's identity, heritage, and valuesProven experience as Director of Sales & Marketing (or senior leadership role) within luxury hospitalityStrong commercial acumen and understanding of high-end resort environmentsEstablished network within luxury travel, corporate, and MICE segmentsExpertise in digital marketing, brand management, and PRStrong analytical abilities and proficiency with sales/CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligenceFluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)Passion for luxury travel, hospitality excellence, and driving commercial successA key executive role in one of Europe's most prestigious luxury resorts• Professional development and continuous training opportunities• Ready to elevate your career in luxury hospitality sales and marketing?
