Data Infrastructure (Supabase): consolidating our SQL database as a single source of truth. Migrating data from Sheets and creating a scalable schema.Automating booking creation, payment confirmations, and error alerts.CRM & Marketing Automation (Brevo): real-time contact sync and automated sales pipelines (transactional emails, travel PDFs, and follow-ups without manual intervention).Operational Backoffice (Lovable): Building an Admin Dashboard to manage bookings and confirm trips with one click.We are still in a pre-seed stage, the salary can't compete with a corporate or a scale-up, but there is equity. Being the first tech / product hire, on that side, we'll be generous.
