Overview
In this role you accelerate clinical trial start-up by negotiating site agreements and ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and local regulations. You partner with investigative sites, sponsors, legal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet contracts and timelines. You mitigate risk, resolve contractual issues, and drive timely site activation. Backed by IQVIA's global infrastructure, you gain sponsor-facing exposure and opportunities for long-term career growth in clinical research.

Responsabilità
- Negotiate clinical trial contracts with research sites to ensure timely, compliant, and quality agreements
- Manage contract changes and additional agreements balancing business needs with regulatory requirements
- Support contract planning and start-up activities for assigned sponsors, studies, and programs
- Develop investigator grants, site budgets, contracting plans, and proposal documents
- Prepare and negotiate contract terms, payment schedules, and budget templates
- Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional start-up teams to achieve project goals
- Provide contract-related guidance on operational and financial matters to study teams
- Gather and share contract and market information to support study planning and decision-making
- Monitor contract activities to meet timelines, milestones, and financial goals
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in clinical research contract management or similar role
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and contract lifecycle management
