In this Senior Recruiter role, you will lead European talent acquisition for Arup, partnering with business leaders to define roles, map talent, and manage offers. You will attract candidates through creative sourcing, build enduring relationships, and use data to guide hiring decisions. You will champion an inclusive candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes in an international context. Responsabilità
- Partner with European business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects from role definition to offer management
- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent
- Build long-term candidate relationships
- Use labour market intelligence and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions and shape sourcing strategies
- Champion an inclusive and positive candidate experience reflecting Arup's values and culture
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working
Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
