We are supporting the appointment of a General Manager for an established FMCG manufacturing business in Italy . This is a senior leadership role with full P& L ownership , reporting at regional leadership level.The role will lead a sizeable Italian operation, with responsibility for driving commercial growth, profitability, and organisational performance across branded, private label, and foodservice channels.The RoleFull ownership of P& L and business performance in Italy Define and execute commercial and growth strategy across multiple channels Lead sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain functionsIdentify and develop new markets and channels , including foodservice Act as the senior leader for the Italian business, aligning local execution with group objectivesInspire and develop a long-tenured organisation through strong leadership and communicationThe ProfileSenior FMCG leader with proven P& L ownership (GM, MD, Country Manager, BU Director or similar) Strong commercial background , ideally within food manufacturing Exposure to retail, private label, and/or foodservice environments Solid understanding of operations and supply chain Able to operate effectively in matrix and entrepreneurial environments Fluent Italian requiredBased in NaplesThe OpportunityHigh-impact leadership role with autonomyClear mandate to drive growth and transformationLong-term career opportunity within an international group To express interest or discuss confidentially, please apply or contact directly.
