Overview
In this role you drive proactive market development for ABB Robotics in Italy by promoting features and solutions to the target audience, educating customers, and building lasting relationships. You will plan visits, deliver technical presentations, and support sales opportunities within a cross-functional team. The position sits in the Robotics Operations unit and supports global engineering stakeholders, contributing to growth through effective promotion and customer focus. The role blends technical depth with hands-on promotion to shape demand and deliver value.

Responsabilità
- Plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the target audience, including technical presentations, demos, seminars, and educational materials
- Develop and execute target-audience visit plans, conduct status reviews, and derive actionable insights from visits
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to educate them on ABB products, systems, services, features and benefits
- Drive efficient marketing activities and strong value propositions using effective promotional techniques
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, automation systems and simulation environments
- Advanced knowledge of ABB RobotStudio, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, PLC platforms, and digital twin technologies
- Strong communication in Italian and English
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- Willingness to travel for business as required
