BCMGlobal offers a comprehensive range of services across multiple asset classes, including unsecured loans, residential mortgages, consumer credit, SME loans, and real estate assets.The Real Estate Asset Manager, working within the real estate team specialized in repossessed properties (REOCOs), will be involved in the following activities:Oversee the performance of external brokers in the disposal strategy of a multiple real estate assets simultaneously;Perform presentations to our PE clients on the status on investments and progress of the chosen strategy Participate in the preparation of the real estate business plans and quarterly reporting documents for separate assets;Review external appraisal reports and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on their contents;Update and prepare mark to market models and capital commitment schedules;Understand various real estate related documentation and prepare Excel models;Analysis potential acquisitions on behalf of Real estate assets ;Competent English written and spoken English needed for everyday use;Strong educational background, accounting or real estate working experience;Proficient in Excel and Power Point;Exposure to financial modelling and discounted cash flow analysis;Strong interest in real estate;Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential;Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;Strong organizational and time management skills;Understanding of real estate valuation concepts highly desirable.Permanent ContractWorking Hours: Full TimeHybrid working ( 2 days per week)The personal data contained in CVs will be processed and stored exclusively for selection purposes, in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.For further information about legal and regulatory status, visit .
