role overviewthe network services senior specialist is responsible for the reliability, security and automation of campari's global network across offices, plants, distilleries, warehouses and the cloud (lan, wi‐fi, wan, sd‐wan, firewalls, sase with zscaler and azure).
Key Responsibilities service ownership and operations: manage technical quality of lan, wi‐fi, wan, sd‐wan, firewalls and sase; monitor slas, act as escalation point, drive problem management and run technical readiness checks for service transitions.
provider management: give technical direction to managed service providers, produce evidence for operational reviews, drive improvement plans, ensure runbooks and documentation are up‐to‐date, support procurement with technical input.
change and delivery assurance: approve standard changes, classify and assess risk, translate architect designs into delivery requirements, oversee network projects, m&a integration and technology refresh.
network platform ownership: maintain standards and configuration baselines, keep inventory in servicenow, audit compliance, monitor network health via sd‐wan analytics, zscaler and azure network watcher.
automation, ai and continuous improvement: maintain automation backlog, define iac requirements, review code and pipelines, measure impact of automation, use ai tools for incident analysis and documentation.
network security and compliance: apply security standards, govern vulnerability remediation, work with cyber security on incidents, provide audit evidence.
site, ot and local it partnership: act as main contact for local it, coordinate with ot network engineer, manage roll‐outs and rollback plans.
Experience & Qualifications minimum 5years in enterprise networking, at least 2years governing outsourced or managed network services.
hands‐on experience with lan, wi‐fi, wan, sd‐wan, firewalls, sase (zscaler, azure), incident and problem management (itil, servicenow).
knowledge of network automation and infrastructure‐as‐code (python, ansible, terraform, bicep, ci pipelines).
fluent english (written and spoken); italian or another european language is a plus.
nice to have: network certifications (ccnp, azure network engineer associate, zscaler, fortinet), experience with ai tools, ot or manufacturing network environments.
Additional Information international travel up to 10%. annual gross salary €47000‐€62000 + variable component.location: sesto san giovanni (mi), italy.
