Stone Island in Milan is seeking a Client Insights Analyst to join our HQ Omnichannel Client Team in Milan. The role focuses on turning CRM, retail and digital data into actionable insights to acquire and retain clients and improve lifetime value.
You will develop dashboards and performance analyses to monitor CRM initiatives, collaborate with CRM, Retail, Digital and Data teams, and support segmentation and campaign measurement to optimize client strategies.
