Overview
In this role, you drive impact for private equity clients within McKinsey's Milan Private Capital team. You will lead project work and coach junior colleagues, shaping growth strategy and investor engagement across Europe and Italy. You'll collaborate across practices to develop firm capabilities and host initiatives like client roundtables and roadshows. Responsabilità
- Manage projects for investors and lead small to large teams
- Coach and develop junior colleagues within the Private Capital practice
- Contribute to Private Capital leadership and set growth strategy
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives (e.g., client roundtables, roadshows)
- Institutionalize knowledge across the investment cycle focusing on European and Italian PE
- Build relationships with investor clients and expand McKinsey's reach in Italy/Europe
- Work with other McKinsey practices to deepen client understanding and firm culture
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience as an investment professional in a top-tier PE firm or as a PE consultant in a top-tier management consultancy
- Deep experience in PE investment, divestment and portfolio management activities
- Deep, investor-focused knowledge of an industry
- Strong consulting skills from a top-tier consultancy
- Excellent problem-solving and ability to present complex information clearly
- Creativity and ability to deliver exceptional results
- Fluency in Italian & English
