Italian-Speaking Online Marketing Sales Specialist | Lisbon, Portugal

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Language: Italian + English
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Working Hours: Fixed or rotational shifts, depending on assignment
What You'll Do Contact existing B2B customers to identify new sales opportunities.
Build relationships with marketing professionals and business decision-makers.
Advise clients on online advertising strategies and suitable campaign solutions.
Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
Grow client revenue through upselling and tailored recommendations.
Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Fluency in Italian and good English communication skills.
Experience or a strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A results-driven mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Salary & Total Cash Compensation Option 1: With Company Accommodation
Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
Company-provided accommodation included.
Option 2: Without Company Accommodation
Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month
The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
Benefits Company accommodation available for eligible candidates living more than 100 km from the workplace.
Relocation support, including flight reimbursement to Lisbon for eligible candidates.
