Senior Sales Executive - Italy (Air & Ocean)
Leading International Freight Forwarder
Location: Italy (Major hubs: Milan, Rome, Turin, Bologna - flexible)
Are you a relentless sales hunter with a proven track record in driving new business across Air & Ocean Freight ? Do you thrive in a high‐energy, target‐driven environment where your results directly shape your success? The Role
Drive new business acquisition across Italy within Air & Ocean freight.
Develop a strong pipeline of mid‐market and enterprise clients.
Build, manage, and convert high‐value sales opportunities.
Lead the full commercial cycle from initial outreach to closing.
Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to deliver best‐in‐class customer solutions.
What We're Looking For
Highly driven, target‐obsessed sales professional in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean required).
Strong hunter mentality - resilient, energetic, and commercially sharp.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong network within the Italian freight forwarding/logistics sector.
Ability to communicate value, negotiate, and close with confidence.
