Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email. Assist in processing sales orders, delivery tracking, and invoicing in coordination with logistics and sales teams. Maintain accurate customer records and update in the system. Support the sales team with product availability updates and basic technical information. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team while ensuring timely follow-up. Monitor open orders and ensure timely and complete deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for dispatch status and issue resolution. Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for continuous improvement. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience).1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience. Knowledge or interest inagriculture or agrochemicalsis a plus. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)Fluency inItalianand excellent communication skills inEnglishare essential. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a customer-first mindset.
