Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Consumer Wealth team, you will shape how users grow and manage savings and investments. You'll act as a technical expert for the Consumer domain, driving wealth-related initiatives and robust back-end systems. You'll collaborate across teams to align architecture and deliver impactful features, while mentoring engineers to elevate standards. You will own end-to-end delivery on the tech stack, including PostgreSQL, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, helping millions build financial well-being. This is a chance to influence the future of a fast-growing FinTech platform focused on empowering users.

Responsabilità
- Design and build scalable back-end systems for savings and wealth management
- Architect subsystems to power savings and investment features with cross-product consistency
- Collaborate across teams to ensure technical alignment and timely delivery
- Mentor engineers and promote high-quality engineering practices
- Own and deliver features end-to-end using the defined tech stack
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in back-end software engineering in product-based companies
- Proven track record with microservices and cloud environments
- Strong Java (or other OOP) experience
- Knowledge of cloud platforms; AWS experience is a plus
- Experience with financial systems or transactional consistency a plus
- Structured, professional communication and ability to influence stakeholders
- Past experience in technical mentorship and code review
- Fluent in English and passion for empowering users through technology
