Descrizione posizione Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro Per importante azienda metalmeccanica leader nella progettazione e realizzazione di impianti tecnologici complessi destinati al settore alimentare (es. stagionatura, salagione, refrigerazione), ricerchiamo un/a: Project Manager Service & Revamping Impianti. La Posizione Il/La Project Manager Service & Revamping sarà inserito/a nel team Service e gestirà in autonomia progetti di manutenzione straordinaria, ammodernamento (revamping) e potenziamento di impianti esistenti presso i clienti, in Italia e all'Estero. Riportando al Responsabile di Area, sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico-operativo per il cliente e si occuperà di tutte le fasi del progetto.Principali ResponsabilitàPianificare, coordinare e monitorare l'avanzamento dei progetti di Service e Revamping, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard di qualità stabiliti.Analisi e Definizione: eseguire sopralluoghi tecnici presso i clienti per analizzare le esigenze, definire lo scope of work e redigere preventivi tecnico-economici dettagliati, in collaborazione con l'ufficio tecnico e commerciale.Coordinamento Risorse: gestire e coordinare i tecnici interni e/o esterni (subappaltatori) coinvolti nelle fasi di realizzazione, installazione e avviamento.Interfaccia Cliente: essere il principale referente del cliente per tutta la durata del progetto, gestendo le comunicazioni, le aspettative e risolvendo eventuali criticità.Documentazione: curare la documentazione tecnica e contrattuale relativa ai progetti (rapporti di intervento, verbali, certificazioni, ecc.).Budget & Controllo: monitorare il budget di progetto, gestendo gli acquisti di materiali specifici o ricambi e garantendo la marginalità attesa.Trasferte: disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio internazionale (circa 20-30% del tempo lavorativo).RequisitiDiploma Tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Gestionale, Elettrica, Termotecnica o affini).Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo di Project Manager, Tecnico di Cantiere o Responsabile Service, maturata preferibilmente nel settore impiantistico industriale (es. HVAC, Refrigerazione, Alimentare, Automazione).Solida conoscenza dei principi di gestione dei progetti (Project Management).Familiarità con la lettura di schemi elettrici, disegni meccanici e P&ID.Ottima padronanza della Lingua Inglese (livello B2/C1) per la gestione di progetti internazionali.Capacità di problem solving, orientamento al risultato e ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.Patente B.
