Overview
In this role you join JP Morgan's Italian Investment Banking team to help drive a new growth vertical in collaboration with regional and global partners. You will participate in the full transaction cycle, from pitches to client materials, and support execution alongside analysts and senior bankers. You will work across M&A, valuation and strategic analysis, with frequent cross‐functional collaboration. This is an opportunity to shape deals and gain exposure to a global, client‐facing environment in Milan.
Responsabilità
- Build complex financial models and perform valuation and M&A analyses
- Draft presentations, management/Board materials, memoranda for M&A or strategic client dialogue
- Stay updated on market developments and latest structuring/execution in M&A
- Collaborate with industry, country and product teams during origination and execution
- Organize and project-manage M&A processes and due diligence
- Support deal documentation, announcement preparation and liaise with clients, advisers, and regulators
Requisiti fondamentali
- Prior investment banking experience
- Top-tier academic background
- Outstanding financial modelling skills
- Solid understanding of the transaction cycle and process steps
- Impeccable communication with senior professionals and clients
- Interest in M&A structuring
- Eagerness to learn and grow in corporate finance
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Solid understanding of broader IB products
- Experience dealing with clients and advisers
