What You Will Do
- Capture key moments throughout the cruise, from embarkation to onboard activities
- Engage Guests and promote photo opportunities to enhance their experience
- Showcase photos in the gallery and guide Guests through the purchase journey
- Set up photo locations and adapt to different operational and guest needs
- Support embarkation activities and contribute to a smooth guest arrival process
- Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring operational readiness
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment onboard
Who You Are

Required
- Secondary school diploma
- Previous experience in photography, ideally in dynamic or guest-facing environments
- Basic knowledge of photo equipment and strong motivation to learn and improve your technical skills
- Confidence in interacting with Guests and creating positive, engaging experiences
- English level B1 or higher
- Fluency in an additional language among Italian, German, French, or Spanish
- Team spirit, flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly
- Organized mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales
- Previous experience in fast paced environments
