Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for automotive inquiries, providing expert assistance to customers in Italy

Manage technical and product-related questions regarding modern vehicle features, EV technology, and connectivity

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored, professional automotive solutions

Document all interactions accurately within our CRM to ensure seamless service tracking and improvement

Collaborate with international teams to stay updated on the latest automotive product launches and service updates

Ensure all service-level agreements are met while maintaining the premium standards of the automotive brand

Requirements

Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)

Valid EU passport (mandatory)

Genuine interest in the automotive industry and vehicle technologies

Strong communication skills and a customer‐centric mindset

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within Greece

Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a strong advantage
