Grid Connection Manager | Utility Scale Solar Join a forward-thinking renewable energy owner and operator at the forefront of the energy transition. As Grid Connection Manager, you'll play a critical role in securing and managing grid connections for a portfolio of renewable energy projects across Italy, Germany, and Spain. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end grid connection process for utility scale solar projects (HV/MV) Liaise with grid operators (TSOs/DSOs) to negotiate and secure connections Assess grid capacity, connection feasibility, and potential technical constraints for new and existing sites Manage grid studies, including load flow, fault level, and stability analyses Support construction and commissioning teams Monitor and report on connection milestones, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedules About You Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field Proven experience in grid connection management, power systems engineering, or renewable energy project development Strong understanding of grid codes, connection agreements, and regulatory processes. Skilled in interpreting single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and load flow studies Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills — comfortable interfacing with utilities, regulators, and project partners Self-driven, organized, and solutions-oriented with a passion for clean energy innovation If you would like further details, please apply below:
