Discover more by following us on Linked InYour role We are looking for a Global Contact Lenses Sourcing Project Manager who will lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage global projects related to contact lenses sourcing at cross-regional level. This role ensures cost optimization, supplier financial performance, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards while driving data-driven insights through advanced reporting and analytics. Main responsibilities Lead global sourcing projects for contact lenses from initiation to completion. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Strategy, DTC, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance). Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier innovation. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sourcing KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, compliance). Perform spend analysis, market trend analysis, and risk assessments. Utilize advanced tools (Power BI, SAP, Excel) for data visualization and predictive analytics. Price maintenance Price maintenance working with Sourcing Controlling Maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers Maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality and sustainability standards. Main requirements Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment. Results-oriented with attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
