responsibilities:
Market analysis and scouting: Identify new business opportunities (partnerships, B2 B and institutional) within your assigned geographical area, based on market data and trends in the airport transportation sector.

Relationship management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including airports, tour operators, local authorities and transport companies, while increasing flibco's visibility in the region. Build strong, long-term partnerships with bus partner companies in your area, acting as their first point of contact and a trusted advisor. Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract closing.

Proposals and tenders: Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals and tender responses, gathering inputs from internal teams and ensuring all requirements are met. Partnership and sales review: Evaluate the performance of existing partnerships and commercial activities in your territory, building on what works and proposing improvements where needed. Share local market feedback with the product and marketing teams to support product development, distribution and promotion in your area. Reporting: Continuously monitor commercial performance and track the achievement of objectives and KPIs.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in Business Development or Sales roles, ideally in the transport, logistics or mobility sector. A proactive and resilient personality, with excellent communication skills and a natural talent for networking. Full availability for frequent travel across the assigned territory (Central-Southern Italy). Previous experience in mobility, transportation, or the airport environment, particularly in working with digital platforms and ecosystems, would be considered an asset.
