Upstate Medical University is seeking an Outpatient Administrative Specialist to provide clinical administrative support in the ambulatory area. You will assist with registration, insurance validation, and authorizations, and help maintain clinic workflows.
You will compile monthly activity data, manage EPIC Referral WQs, handle calls and correspondence, and guide patients on insurance requirements, waivers, ABNs, and denials processes. Monday-Friday workdays offered.
