Discover more by following us on Linked InYour Role We are looking for an HSE Logistics Manager who will have the opportunity to challenge themselves in a dynamic and stimulating environment characterized by strong technical expertise and high company standards. Furthermore, to perform the tasks related to the role effectively, the candidate must carry out all duties required by Legislative Decree No. 81/08 relevant to the specific position. Main Responsibilities Collaborating in the identification of risk factors; Assisting in the preparation of the Risk Assessment; Proposing training, information, and instruction programs. Monitoring training deadlines related to occupational health and safety (OHS) and managing technical training courses; Developing and identifying protective and preventive measures; Developing safety procedures; Managing relationships with external certifying bodies (e.g., ISO 45001); Managing relations with authorities (e.g., Local Health Units, Firefighters, etc.); Assisting in the management of the company's Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in accordance with ISO 45001 (internal procedures, operating instructions); Involving all company levels to ensure compliance with internal procedures and promote a safety culture; Collaborating in the management of all activities related to the correct prevention and management of emergencies (emergency plans fire, earthquake, spillages, etc.); Verifying the technical-professional suitability of contractors and external personnel working on the premises; Participating in periodic audits, ensuring monitoring and closure of any corrective actions; Collaborating with the Occupational Health Doctor.
