It's a place to refine your craft in a creative environment and to shape your own path with autonomy and care.Acqua di Parma, where timeless craft meets vibrant spirit.MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIESAs part of Acqua di Parma Italia reporting to the Field Manager, the Regional Key Account has the responsibility of an assigned territory (Piemonte, Liguria, Valle D'Aosta) for the achievement of specific sell -out targets and for the improvement of brand's positioning. In charge of all relationships and negotiations with retailers and guarantee right support and implementation to marketing and commercial plans, to achieve the right economic impact and ROI. The brands within the scope are Acqua di Parma & Maison Francis Kurkdjian.The key responsibilities are:Take orders and implement the commercial plan, negotiate and follow sales agreements and payment's terms and conditionsSupervise the implementation of trade marketing plansMake monthly reports and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs including retail sales evolution per door and market analysisEnsure product portfolio strategy at POS (full assortment, innovations) and optimal stock managementPresent novelties in detail and constantly map and monitor competitorsBe accountable for excellence in the execution of Visual Merchandising at POS, ensuring it is implemented following brand guidelinesContinue to elevate distribution, through ongoing assessmentsDaily interaction with Acqua di Parma Italia & Maison Francis Kurkdjian departments.REQUIREMENTSStrong sales background and negotiation skills in the beauty industry or retailBusiness acumen: being able to seize new opportunities for the brandAnalytical skills (Office suite)proactive team-player with a high level of reliability and integrityGood at influencing and results orientedFluent in EnglishThis position is preferably based in Piemonte and driving licence must have.Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
