Technical Sales Manager – ItalyLocation: Remote, must be based in production regions between Milan and ProvenceReporting to: Country ManagerRole OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to lead commercial and technical sales activities across Italy. This position suits a candidate who can confidently engage in technical conversations with customers while also managing pricing discussions and closing business.The role combines consultative technical selling with strategic account growth.Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales of feed additives with feed mills, premix manufacturers and large trading companiesDeliver technical support and product positioning during customer meetingsDrive new customer acquisition and expand existing accountsLead commercial negotiations and close sales agreementsMonitor market trends and competitor activityCollaborate with the Country Manager on regional sales planningRequirements- Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, or Veterinary-related fieldExperience in technical sales within animal nutrition or feed marketsStrong ability to translate technical value into commercial outcomesFluent ItalianEnglish proficiency (B1–B2 level minimum)Comfortable managing a territory-based, remote roleCompensation & Benefits
