This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of beauty clients and points of sale, contributing directly to the growth, visibility and sell-in of our brands in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:• Manage a portfolio of clients and points of sale, maximizing revenue, profitability, market share, and sell-in;Plan and conduct regular client and store visits to implement commercial strategies;Define and implement commercial agreements in line with company guidelines;Monitor client performance and achieve monthly sell-in targets;Present new products, gift sets, promotional opportunities, and ATL/BTL support plans;Allocate promotional materials and ensure proper merchandising implementation;Support Customer Service with order management, shipments, returns, and payments;Plan and coordinate local promotional activities and merchandising initiatives with relevant departments.Competences:The ideal candidate will have:A degree in Economics, Business Management, or equivalent practical experience;2–3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the beauty industry;Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;Target-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities;Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus;Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory;Team spirit, proactivity, and a results-driven approach.Puig is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
