Senstronic group is an international technological company designing and manufacturing detection-based solutions and the associated connectors for control equipment and vehicles.

In order to support the growth of Senstronic Italy SRL., our Italian subsidiary, we are seeking a Procurement and Purchasing Specialist.
About the Role : As part of the development of our activities and the implementation of the Group purchasing strategy, we are looking for an Industrial Buyer (M/F) . You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supplier panel to ensure the availability of components required for our production activities.
Key Responsibilities: Implement the Group purchasing strategy.
Define and monitor the purchasing budget.
Establish and analyze performance indicators (costs, savings, delivery times, quality).
Identify, select and qualify new international suppliers.
Manage a supplier portfolio (electronic, mechanical and plastic components).
Ensure reliability and diversification of the supplier base.
Negotiation & Contracts Launch and manage tenders.
Negotiate prices, commercial terms and supplier contracts.
Draft and monitor purchasing contracts.
Operational Purchasing Manage purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
Ensure the availability of components for production.
Manage subcontractors and monitor their production capacity.
Manage purchasing-related resources (molds, tools and production equipment).
Internal Collaboration : You will work closely with internal teams including Management, R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance and Sales.
Profile : Higher education degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Engineering.
Proven experience in industrial purchasing.
Good knowledge of electronic, mechanical or plastic components.
Strong negotiation and market analysis skills.
Experience in an international environment.
Professional level of English required.
