LHH is supporting a well-established manufacturingcompany, part of an international industrial group, in the search for aProduction & Quality Control Manager.

The successful candidate will play a key role withinthe organization, overseeing production, quality, and procurement activitieswhile ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, customer serviceexcellence, and overall business profitability.

Operating in a highly customized manufacturingenvironment, the selected professional will work cross-functionally withdifferent departments to ensure effective control and coordination of theentire operational and production value chain.

ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesThe Production & Quality Control Manager will beresponsible for ensuring the effective performance of production, quality, andprocurement processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement andoperational excellence.

Keyresponsibilities include: Coordinating and supervisingproduction, assembly, mechanical machining, and quality controlactivities.

Managing and developing adirect reporting team composed of: QualitySpecialist;
ProductionPlanning Manager;
WorkshopSupervisor;
PurchasingManager.

Ensuring achievement of KPIsrelated to productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and serviceperformance.

Overseeing planning andprocurement processes, ensuring the optimal balance between materialavailability, production capacity, and business requirements.

Collaborating with technicaland commercial departments to manage customer projects and specific clientrequirements.

Supervising the company'sQuality Management System, promoting preventive and corrective actionsaimed at enhancing performance and customer satisfaction.

Identifying operational issuesand implementing continuous improvement initiatives focused on wastereduction, efficiency enhancement, and process optimization.

Supporting the evolution andimplementation of digital tools and systems related to manufacturing andsupply chain management.

Interfacing with Groupstakeholders within an international business environment. Your ProfileRequirementsDegree in MechanicalEngineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalenttechnical background.

Proven experience in leadershippositions within manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of mechanicalmanufacturing processes, preferably within highly customized orengineer-to-order production settings.

Demonstrated experience incoordinating Production, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.

Solid understanding of LeanManufacturing principles and methodologies.

Knowledge of the followingmethodologies will be considered a strong advantage: SixSigma;
SMED;
5S.Experience with ERP, MES, andadvanced production planning systems. Familiarity with platforms suchas Opera MES, CyberPlan, and Mago ERP will be considered a plus.

Fluent English is mandatory, asthe role requires regular interaction with international stakeholders andGroup functions.
