Within GOSP Generali Operations Service Platform , we are looking for a Senior Audio Video, Live Production & Digital Collaboration Specialist to support in delivering and driving the following key activities:
Provide end-to-end technical leadership, operations and support for enterprise Audio Video environments, including meeting rooms, executive rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums and event spaces;
Operate, monitor and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Collaboration devices and related AV infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, lifecycle management and service continuity;
Plan, coordinate and deliver live, hybrid and virtual productions for corporate, institutional, executive and large-scale internal events;
Configure and operate video switching, production control, signal routing and content distribution systems, ensuring seamless execution of live productions and broadcasts;
Manage software-based production platforms such as vMix and equivalent solutions, supporting graphics, recording, streaming and remote contribution workflows;
Design, prepare and operate live visual assets including graphics, overlays, lower-thirds, countdown timers, presentation content and multimedia contributions;
Manage media playback, presentations and local or remote audio/video sources, ensuring signal integrity, synchronisation and broadcast-quality delivery standards;
Provide technical leadership throughout the event lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, rehearsals, live execution, incident management and post-event reviews;
Contribute to the design, testing, commissioning and acceptance of AV and collaboration solutions for new offices, executive meeting spaces, auditoriums and Digital Building initiatives;
Design, implement and maintain professional audio systems for auditoriums, boardrooms and conference facilities, including digital mixing environments and advanced audio distribution architectures;
Define and maintain operational procedures, contingency plans and business continuity measures for high-visibility and business-critical events;
Monitor service performance, incidents, escalations, SLAs and KPIs while driving continuous service improvement and operational excellence;
Support the evaluation, selection and adoption of emerging AV, streaming and collaboration technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
Requirements A qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Audio Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience;
At least 10 years of professional experience in the Audio Video industry, with significant exposure to enterprise AV environments, live production and digital collaboration technologies;
Proven experience supporting executive environments, corporate auditoriums, boardrooms and business‐critical events;
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments, collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
Technical Skills Practical experience with video switching, production mixers, AV routing and graphics workflows;
Knowledge of Cisco Audio Video devices and Microsoft Teams Rooms;
Knowledge of professional audio technologies including DSP platforms, microphones, digital mixing consoles and audio distribution architectures;
Knowledge of displays, LED walls, videowalls, enterprise streaming platforms, AV-over-IP technologies, IP networking and multimedia protocols;
Experience supporting executive, institutional and mission‐critical events.

Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during high‐visibility and business‐critical events;
Excellent planning, prioritization and coordination capabilities;
Effective communication skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, executives and suppliers;

Languages Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
What we offer We offer employment at the V level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non‐executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 45.000K€ and 55.000K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
