Your Role and Responsibilities Inspect and test parts, products and systems internally produced to ensure only conform items are released to the next stage and finally to customer. Employ standard test protocols and apply specifications to ensure quality.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Conducting internal testing routine test as assigned to ensure the products, systems or software meet specified requirements and customer expectations in manufacturing, factory test labs or final inspection quality, in terms of quality and scheduling.
Supporting F.A.T. with the final customer.
Reporting quality issues data, ensuring the Quality Management System is adhered to at all stages.
Providing feedback and advising engineering / R&D on improvement opportunities in product and/or process design.
Collaborating in improving existing test protocols and capability, resulting in greater efficiency, accuracy, and/or reliability of test outcomes.
Utilizing safety systems to perform work, resulting in an accident-free workplace. Notifying others when unsafe situations are observed and working with local HSE teams to improve the safety systems.
Training local operational teams in quality assurance & testing routines, and verifying testing is performed as a part of the specified control plans.
Qualifications for the Role Degree in Engineering, secondary school education or an experience in a manufacturing environment Sound knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical topic, Electrical Diagram and Testing equipment (ScopeCorders, Stabilized Power Supplies and multimeter instruments) Appointment of PES (Expert Person in accordance with CEI 11‐27)
The role requires flexibility in working hours and availability to work in shift
You are skilled in problem‐solving and solution‐finding, comfortable working in a shopfloor environment
You are passionate about communication and implementing solutions to quality problems, engaging with various stakeholders across departments.
You are proficient in Excel, MS Office, SAP, and Power BI, with knowledge of AI tools like Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Loop (a plus).
You are comfortable communicating in Italian and you have a good command of English (B1 level)
You possess a valid category B driving license for use in Italy
