Workster partners with a key BPO employer in Greece to find Italian-speaking Customer Experts for the largest worldwide Social Media company out of their office in Athens Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time Become and remain knowledgeable about our products and community standards Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy Display a strong bias to doing what's right for our community Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on the platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site Enforce Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team REQUIREMENTSC1 level of Italian Good level of English (B2)Willingness to relocate to Athens or already based there Experience in Customer Support is an advantage Strong abilities to work independently and as a team player Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)OFFERRelocation package with initial hotel stay, flight paid in advance and help finding permanent accommodation Competitive salary structure with bonus Private health insurance Varying shifts to be defined A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential Job Type: Full-time
