We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Enrollment Advisor to join our EF Academy team in Milan and take end-to-end ownership of the student journey, from initial recruitment and consultation through enrollment and all post-enrollment activities leading up to the student's arrival on campus.

The role combines student recruitment, consultative sales and customer care. You will be responsible not only for recruiting and enrolling students from the Italian market, but also for ensuring that enrolled students and their families receive an outstanding experience and are fully prepared to start their journey at our international boarding schools in Oxford, New York, and California.

Fluency in Italian, English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position.

What will you do in this role?

  • Take ownership of student recruitment for the Italian market and contribute to achieving enrollment targets
  • Manage relationships with prospective students and parents, from initial inquiry through enrollment and all the way to the student's arrival at school
  • Advise families on EF Academy programs, destinations, academic pathways, and the international boarding school experience
  • Understand each family's needs and provide a highly personalized and consultative experience
  • Proactively manage your recruitment pipeline, follow up with prospective families and drive applications toward enrollment
  • Take responsibility for the post-enrollment journey, acting as a key point of contact for students and families and ensuring a smooth transition from enrollment to arrival on campus
  • Coordinate closely with international admissions teams and school campuses to ensure each student is fully prepared for their arrival
  • Organize and participate in school fairs, information sessions, events and individual consultations
  • Build relationships with schools, counselors, partners, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen EF Academy's presence and student recruitment in the market
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire journey, building trust with families from the first conversation through to the student's successful arrival at school

What are we looking for?

  • Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish – mandatory
  • Previous professional experience in a client-facing, consultative sales, recruitment, admissions, education or business development role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging with both students and parents
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take responsibility for both commercial results and customer experience
  • A commercial and results-oriented mindset, combined with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer care
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple students, families, deadlines, and priorities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • An international mindset; previous experience studying, living, or working abroad is highly valued
