Passion, dedication, and humility have been the key values from the start that have allowed the company to grow rapidly, first in Italy and then abroad (Spain, France, Portugal, Romania, and the United States).Today we have over 120 stores and an international team of more than 1,000 people , with the goal of offering our customers a positive, healthy experience with strong Californian vibes.To support the company's continuous growth, we are looking for a resource to join the Retail team as a Field Training & Standard Specialist . This role will contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational and visual standards for the stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity.Definition and monitoring of brand standardsCompany uniform (consistency with visual identity and hygiene regulations)Product qualityDeveloping corrective action plans with Area Managers and Store ManagersMonitoring HACCP and Food Safety software, resolving any issuesTraining and staff developmentOrganizing and conducting training sessions on standards and operating proceduresCollecting feedback through post-training surveysCollaborating with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify training improvement opportunitiesMonitoring store performancefood delivery performance indicators; Supporting Area Managers in managing: orders and waste monitoring.Supervising the release and correct display of marketing/communication materials in storesCollaborating with the marketing team to ensure the operational effectiveness of projectsSpecial projects and innovationCollaborating with the e-learning team for the implementation of the training platformOrganizing and managing menu reviews with the Product team and the Brand Standard ManagerExperience in the fast-casual/fast-food sector or in managing brand standards and customer experienceAttention to detail and ability to manage complex projectsProficiency in English and French (written and spoken)Availability for frequent travel
