Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its in-house Beauty Division has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Senior Product Designer based in our HQ in Milan.You will be exposed to all aspects of a product, being involved in every stage of the process, from ideation, visualisation and industrialization.As a senior, you will be expected to lead projects independently and drive design in a cross-functional global team.KEY RESPONSABILITIESIDEA GENERATION on New Product designs – ensuring a strict connection with the Brand and a consumer-oriented experiencePRODUCT DESIGN on Primary packaging following Marketing team briefVISUALIZATION of the designs to present products beautifullyPACKAGING INDUSTRIALIZATION ensuring the execution of the designs together with Packaging engineering dept. and packaging suppliers KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTESStrong background, with 5+ years' product design experience in the luxury beauty field or luxury product designAn incredible eye for detail and high standards for creating exceptional workSensibility for and understanding of fashion, color, product, trends and design strategiesA strong knowledge of design & product development processes, especially in the world of beauty products (Fragrances / Makeup / Skincare)Ability to liaise with external agencies & Suppliers, providing creative direction & technical solutionExcellent knowledge of CMF and production for primary and secondary packagingExceptional CAD & Visualization skillsProactive, open-minded, and passionate about design & Beauty fieldAbility to think holistically about projects with multiple stakeholders involvedComfortable working in fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills in English are required Programs:3 D software (Rhino and Keyshot is a must)Adobe CC suiteBasic Knowledge of Microsoft Office programsBasic 3 D prototyping knowledge is a plusAI image generation knowledge is a plus
