Candidati ed entra a far parte della nostra squadra Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Product & Training Trainee da inserire in stage presso la nostra area dedicata all'After Sales.

Sarai di supporto alle diverse attività trasversali a tutti i business (moto, vettura, specialties tires, truck). Nello specifico le attività in cui sarai coinvolto/a, in supporto o in autonomia, sono le seguenti: Formazione : supporto nella raccolta dei fabbisogni e dei feedback delle formazioni on site e virtuali. Supporto all'organizzazione operativa di formazioni , eventi o progetti speciali. Prodotto : seguirà e supporterà il team nelle fasi del processo di introduzione dei nuovi prodotti sul mercato Italia supportando l'organizzazione e l'implementazione delle attività previste da Casa Madre.

La risorsa sarà coinvolta direttamente nella creazione di contenuti per la piattaforma digitale dedicata alla comunicazione e alla formazione dei clienti. Back Office Technical Customer service : al fine di creare una base minima dal punto di vista tecnico, la persona supporterà il team nella gestione dei reclami tecnici.
