Overview
As Senior Security Architect, you design and evolve the Group's cybersecurity architectures across enterprise networks, infrastructure, cloud, and business apps. You act as a senior technical reference within Group Cybersecurity, guiding IT and external partners to deliver secure, sustainable solutions. You lead evaluations and PoCs, translating risks into practical architectures and ensuring secure-by-design across global initiatives. This role blends architecture with hands-on security engineering and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Design and evolve cybersecurity architectures and controls; evaluate options and set security requirements for projects at global, regional, and local levels
- Lead technical evaluations and PoCs for new cybersecurity solutions; oversee implementation and integration
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cloud and application teams to enforce security requirements
- Assess existing IT infrastructures to identify weaknesses and implement appropriate controls
- Contribute to the cybersecurity technology roadmap aligned with Group CISO and other functions
- Coordinate internal staff and external consultants, providing technical direction and overseeing deliverables
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8–10 years in IT infrastructure, network security, security engineering, or cybersecurity architecture in enterprise settings
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and security architectures (TCP/IP, routing, switching, segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, OS, virtualization, and hybrid IT
- Hands-on experience evaluating, testing, configuring, and troubleshooting cybersecurity technologies
- Knowledge of IAM, cloud security architectures, Zero Trust, and endpoint security
- Understanding of vulnerability management, security assessments, and technical controls
- Ability to translate cybersecurity risks into practical architectural solutions
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Sound technical judgment and willingness to challenge decisions
- Pragmatic, results-oriented with balance between security and business needs
- Cybersecurity architecture design and integration
