As a Villa Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning Russian-speaking guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional. JOB SUMMARY:
- Welcome and assist Russian/Italian speaking guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional greeting
- Conduct personalised villa orientations, explaining amenities and services available
- Anticipate and fulfil guest needs throughout their stay, acting as their dedicated liaison
- Coordinate and book various services such as dining reservations, spa treatments, and excursions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for future reference
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Promote resort facilities and services to maximise guest experience and revenue
- Assist with check-out procedures and farewell guests in a courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the villa area
