You will oversee daily accounting functions, maintain strong internal controls, support strategic financial decision-making, and ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.Developing and managing the annual budget and financial forecastsMonitoring revenues, expenses, and analyzing variancesOverseeing day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, income audit)Ensuring compliance with the hotel's chart of accounts and company financial standardsImplementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assetsEnsuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and tax requirementsAssisting in tax return preparation and governmental filingsCoordinating internal and external auditsReviewing balance sheet reconciliations for accuracySupervising, training, and mentoring the accounting teamSupporting senior management and the Director of Finance with analysis and strategic decision-makingParticipating in management meetingsHandling payroll processing and related accrualsSupporting daily cash management functionsMonitoring third-party billing, payments, and POS transactionsProven experience in hotel or luxury-hospitality finance (senior or supervisory level)Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controlsProficiency in accounting and hotel systems (Opera, Sun, or similar)Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)A key financial leadership role in one of Europe's most prestigious luxury resortsReady to advance your career in hospitality finance?
