A sustainable, profitable and enjoyable future for dairy farmers by combining robotization, engineering and farmer knowledge. With 2.300 specialized professionals, we are constantly working on new agricultural revolutions. We do this from our Campus in Maassluis, but also from other international offices. Together we have the goal: to make dairy farming interesting for the next generation .Our cluster is in Colturano (MI) and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiast team, consisting of 40 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.Reporting to the Marketing Manager South East Europe and Turkey (SEET), and working in close cooperation with other marketing colleagues, you will be in charge of the execution of the marketing plan in South East Europe countries, with the aim of achieving maximum brand exposure and help increase adoption rate.Execution of the Cluster marketing plan for South East Europe, through online and offline activitiesSupport the distribution channel in the implementation of their marketing plans.Give marketing/branding trainings and guidance to the distribution channel to support their growthImplementation of global corporate campaigns and initiatives, adapting them to local market needs, to increase brand awareness and develop the businessSupport the organization of internal and external online/offline events, seminars, trade fairs...High-quality content production, such as blog posts, videos, to attract site traffic and create new leads, working in cooperation with the local Sales team and the other Marketing Specialists.CRM data analysis to support Sales and marketing strategiesDegree in Marketing and/or CommunicationAt least 1 year experience in a marketing role, with online and offline marketing expertiseExcellent knowledge of EnglishAttentive to details, creative, well organized in planning and focused on executionExperience with Facebook and Instagram AdsExperience with Tik Tok and You TubeKnowledge of Adobe In Design is preferredAvailability to travel in South East Europe or abroad (The Netherlands) when necessaryDriving license and personal car – the office is not reachable by public transportYou will be in contact with the marketing team at the HQ and the South East Europe colleagues on a daily basisPeriodic marketing trainings to increase your marketing skillsHybrid work locationAn open work environment with flexible working hoursOur Lely Academy with a variety of training programs
