We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Product Manager who knows what it takes to scale up a product used by millions of users worldwide.The salary for this position is €75,000 annually, with yearly increases based on performance and participation in the company-wide performance-based bonus plan.You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-4 and UTC+4.About the TeamWe are a global team of 130+ awesome people working from over 40 countries. Our values fuel our results.The RoleAs a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in a cross-functional team focused on monetization, pricing and growth.Your main responsibilities will be:Defining and evolving the monetization strategy and pricing direction for the Toggl Suite, balancing business growth targets, technical feasibility, and user value.Driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and sales teams to translate monetization insights into actionable, high-impact product decisions.Taking ownership of problem discovery and synthesizing insights to build solutions that improve conversion to paid and overall revenue.Navigating trade-offs related to billing systems, pricing infrastructure, and working with engineers to find the best path forward for scalable monetization solutions.Prioritizing scalability for various pricing tiers and enterprise-level monetization features, ensuring that infrastructure investments in billing and pricing operations translate into meaningful improvements for user adoption and revenue growth.Championing a hands-on, MVP mindset for monetization experiments , iterating quickly, validating ideas related to pricing and packaging , and taking decisive action based on PLG metrics and conversion data.About YouYou will fit in well with our team if you:Have experience in B2 B Saa S, with a focus on infrastructure, integrations, or platform scalability.Are highly proactive, engaging, and take ownership: you question assumptions, challenge ideas (including your own), and confidently stand by decisions after thoughtful discussions and research.Understand PLG principles and know how to apply them in a strategic, data-informed way.
