We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist (PMS) to join our Tactical Business Unit. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), this role plays a critical part in understanding customer needs and acting as the key connection between Product Development and Sales.As Product Marketing Specialist, you will ensure strong market positioning and clear communication of product value propositions, both internally and externally. You will generate and stimulate product demand, define strategic positioning and messaging, and equip the sales organization with the tools and insights needed to succeed in the market.Key Responsibilities The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for:Researching the market and customers to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and both B2 B and B2 C customer needs.Defining the product's market positioning by developing buyer personas and clearly articulating the product's value proposition.Creating and managing consistent product messaging across all communication channels.Leading internal and external communication strategies around product launches, prepares and coordinates all go‐to‐market activities and assets, and developing content and training materials that enable and support the sales team throughout the selling process.Key Requirements Hard Skills:Strong product knowledge and solid understanding of market dynamics and competitorsExcellent analytical and data interpretation skillsCreative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvementProficiency in English (written and spoken)Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems and BI toolsSoft Skills: Personal & Interpersonal SkillsCustomer-focused and collaborative team playerStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailGoal-oriented and results-drivenEffective time and priority managementAdaptable and flexible in changing environmentsRelationships & Organizational Context Internal Relationships : Close collaboration with all company departments External Relationships :ConsultantsDesign, style and engineering studiosSuppliers and partners Organizational Reporting Line: Reports to: Chief Product OfficerPlease send your CV and any additional relevant documents to hrgarmont@garmont.com
