We are looking for 1 young student to be included in an internship with the aim of developing their degree thesis on the topic relating to "Design of a graphical platform for training AI models for the analysis of aeronautical test data" at the Caselle Sud (Turin) site.
As part of the digitalization initiatives and increasing the capabilities for calculating and analyzing test data, the study and development of a technologically advanced solution for the creation of a client-side graphical interface (GUI) to be integrated into the Flight Test Suite software platform is required.
The objective is to allow Test Engineers to visually and assisted design Artificial Intelligence models and their subsequent training on flight data, or more generally on the test data of prototype aircraft managed by the Test & Evaluation department.
The project will contribute to improving the efficiency of data analysis processes and enhancing the information deriving from test campaigns.
The main activities planned will be:
- Analysis of the functional requirements of the Flight Test Suite platform;
- Development of a graphical interface for the visual design of AI models;
- Support for the integration of the solution into the existing software context;
- Interaction with Test Engineers for the definition of functionalities and operational validation;
- Preparation of technical documentation.
Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
