Job Scope Ensure the correct and timely procurement of the product line for which it is responsible based on demand, forecasts, service level and according to the internal standard of quality
Key Duties And Responsibilities Manages of the supply of instruments/parts, new and refurbished, based on the RoP approved by the Leader position and on the warranties given by the suppliers
Manages the return of the products from Subsidiaries and Distributors based on their warranty status and resale opportunity by central warehouse
Collaborates with the warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments from suppliers
Collaborates with QA for the entry/management of NCs recorded by the warehouse
Collaborates with Suppliers to improve flows and operative lead time
Collaborates with Logistic and Customs Team to perform the transfer and customs clearance of products managed by the team
Generate reports on suppliers' performance and analyze them with the Leader position
Supports Service and Development Department to release new products in compliance with Planning needs
Supports the Procurement Department to manage Price Lists and Supplier Relations
Supports with Customers team to ensure proper shipment assignment
Supports the Leader position in the planning activity, providing, by delegation, the definition of the RoP of the product lines or the issuance of the Purchase Orders of the instruments/spares
Education, Experience, And Qualifications Bachelor's degree of Management Engineering or equivalent experience in the position
One-two years in equivalent position
SAP management knowledge; Advanced Excel level (programming languages is a plus); PBI
The willing to develop knowledge, learn from situations and from its own mistakes
Energy & Commitment
The ability to interact within the Team
Native Italian and fluent English, German language is a plus
What We Offer Permanent employment contract
Classification under the Chemical-Pharmaceutical CCNL (Italian national collective bargaining agreement)
Gross annual base salary from € 35.117,32
Variable compensation linked to the achievement of objectives
Actual pay is set on objective criteria: seniority, distinctive skills, scope of responsibility.
